  • 3 days a week and that is not including the walking, picking 40 pound child up, cleaning and other busy things.

  • I go to the gym anywhere between 1-6 times a week. On average 4 days a week. (I used to literally not workout AT ALL until almost a year ago. I've lost 40+ lbs).

  • everyday for atleast 15 minutes... whether its running walking, or a workout dvd..even during pregnancy i did a prego yoga video..

  • When I'm not pregnant (sucky high risk conditions), I exercise AT LEAST once a day if not two or three times a day to total one to two hours a day for six days a week. It is my way of relieving stress and maintaining my sanity. I can't wait to be able to start in again!!! Almost at the end of this pregnancy, and then I GET MY BODY BACK!!! I'LL BE ABLE TO EXERCISE AGAIN!!!

  • I want to get into the habit of doing a little every day. I'd love to do some yoga or pilates every day. But this boy is running me so ragged as it is, lol, I'm too exhausted to. He's not adjusted very well to our move - he refuses to nap without a 2 hour fight, or to go to sleep at night without another hour to two hour fight. Its at the point he wakes up before me, and if I were able to fall asleep while he naps I would, lol, but I wouldn't get any cleaning done if I did!

    So we're trying to get him to get back on his schedule (he was on one before we moved and it was just fine, no fighting or anything, so I'm at a complete loss, but that's a different issue, and I don't want to hijack your post, haha!) so I can get back on track with being able to do what I need during the day. :)

  • When I'm not pregnant - once a day, sometimes more...
    But while I'm pregnant I don't. I already loose to much weight.
