How do you

clean your jewelry. Jewelry cleaner is not working & it is so harsh - any other solutions?

  • I have heard of people using toothpaste to clean gold. I've never thought to try it cause I always get mine cleaned in a jewlery store. Most jewlery stores will clean your jewlery as a courtesy.

  • denture cleaners.. seriously.. it's what my grandma always used..

    I use to borrow some capsules from my papa to clean my rings.

  • tooth paste and a soft toothbrush or even a toothbrush for the little kids

  • get a jewelry cloth...reusable washable no chemicals and clean just about anything...beware of toothpaste it can scratch some things like soft metals and stones, as well as the toothbrushes

  • I take it to the jewelery store to get them cleaned professionally. We only buy from one place & they do free cleanings.
