after three kids i really want to lose my belly fat. everything else on me is skinny but my belly. does anyone have any tips?

  • You first need to make sure your diet is rich in whole grains, lean proteins and lots of fresh produce. Cut out white breads and other refined carbs and lower your sugar intake. Then get on a fitness plan that includes 30-60 min of intense cardio 5x a week, along with a good balance of strength training and core work. Good luck!!

  • Belly fat is one of the hardest to lose. The safest and smartest way to lose it is to simply get moving. Try walking. 20 minutes a day (push your child in the stroller) 5 times a week will help you to not only lose the belly fat, but also tone up the muscles in the area. Also, lose the salad dressing, mayo, bacon, fried foods. If you are really talking about cellulite, then a trick you can do is simple. Save your coffee grinds. while still in the shower, rub them onto your stomach and sit there for a minute or two. The caffine actually stimulates the metabolism in that area and will help to break up the cellulite. The massageing effect also breaks up the cellulite.

  • this might sound weird...get a trash bag and wrap it around ur belly and go walking little by little, the bag makes u sweat more so ul lose more
