Correct me if im wrong but..

I went to my pedi today for my twins, and mydaughter weighed 5 pounds 5 ounces at birth and today she weighs 6 pounds 1 ounce...isnt this a 12oz gain? he said its only a 6 ounce gain??????? i think he may have misunderstood her birth weight when i said it, lol bc otherwise hes an awesome doctor.

  • Thank you!! lol i didnt really think about it in the doc office but when i got into the car i was thinking about it and was " 5'5 to 6'1 is NOT only 6 ounces! lol he wants to see her back in a week,...i think he'll feel silly when i get there,

  • 16 ounces in a pound. 6lbs 1oz minus 5lbs 5oz is 12 ounces. You are right - someone there doesn't count so good! Congrats on the weight gain, that's great!
