  • Music. When I get headaches my kids' screams have a pitch that just hits me where it hurts.

  • I can't listen to music while I have a headache or 1 of my children are screaming. Loud music only makes me feel like my head is about to explode when I have a headache. When my child is screaming, I try to find out why my ds is screaming. If I can distract my ds by asking if he saw the airplane, etc., & it works, I then ask him if he saw the deer on the side of the road. I do this until he has had enough. Hopefully, by then, we are close to our destination.
