  • Go have a blood test done. It's the only way you will get peace of mind.

  • Have you called your Dr. and told her what happened? You know you can call your Dr, and ask the receptionist if she can call you back when she has a moment (if she is unavaileble). Explain to her that you are having complications. The Dr. or a nurse practitioner will call you back. There isn't much we can do for you here on CM. You need to talk to a professional.

  • If you cant feel the strings you are supposed to go in. It could have perforated your uterus and is now in your abdomen and needs to be removed. That was one of the big signs they told me to watch for. Not strings means you need to go in.

  • If the HPT came back negative you're probably not pregnant, but you should go into your docs to get examined (because you can't feel the strings). Ask for a blood preg. test as well, just to be safe.

  • It's perfectly normal for your period to stop altogether if you're on an IUD, but you're supposed to be able to feel the strings. Sounds like your IUD has moved. Call your doctor.
