  • It depends greatly on where you live, and if the nanny will live in or come and go, and how many hours a day you want the nanny for.

  • It all depends on what you require of the nanny. I have a agency that can help you, but I would start off by telling you give or take a dollar or two, to start off with thinking $10.00 an hour. You may want to do salary, or hourly. I was once a nanny making 18.00/hour so it can go that high due to experience and what you expect, or how many kids the nanny is in charge of. Good luck!
