  • I have fibromyalgia so I am no stranger to muscle and nerve pain in addition to the aray of other symptoms I have. I do what ever works to make me comfortable. Sometimes Advil or Motrin and a nap is all it takes. Other times I have to take a muscle relaxor or even a prescription pain killer. Exercise helps believe it or not. Hot baths work, some hot tea and a relaxing book or movie. Just whatever works at the time.

  • A nice hot shower works well, as does gentle stretching excersizes. Aleve works really well on muscle pain for me as well.
