When you ans. a ques., do you look at the other ans. first?

Personally, I prefer to give my gut-reaction or speak from the heart- and not be influenced by the other answers. But- hey that's just me :) What do you do?

  • Not usually... If I'm scrolling down to the answer box and something catches my eye, I might read that one, but no, usually I just say what I want...

  • Nope. I say what's on my mind about the question asked.

  • I answer and then read after to compare ideas.

  • Most of the time I respond first, then read the other responses and respond to any of those, or vote up/down, as I see fit. :)

  • I usually read the other answers so I'm not repeating what 10 other people already said

  • sometimes i look at the other answers if there's 1 i see that would be close to what i'd say i'd give that answer a thumbs up..

Answer by proudmommy690 at 1:59 PM on Aug. 31, 2010

  • Sometimes I do. If it's a real question for real advice and there's already 20 answers that are the same, I'll just skip it. I don't feel the need to be #21 saying I agree with the first.
Other wise I just answer then read the rest.

  • i write down what i think you should or should not do not to be influenced by ones answer

Answer by michelle34231 at 1:59 PM on Aug. 31, 2010

  • I do. I don't reply if there are already several responses that are on the same wave length I was on.

I will reply if there are only a couple answers or if they are totally opposite of my view. I want the OP to have as much input as possible without being overwhelmed
