When you make homemade chicken strips, do you prefer to fry or bake them?

Which do you think tastes better? Im making them tonight. I dont have a deep fryer, so its between baking them and pan frying them..

  • I deep fry them in a cast iron pan on the stove. I coat them in seasoned flour then dip in beaten egg right before I drop them in hot oil. Tastes WAY better fryed than baked. You only need an inch and a 1/2 of oil to fry them.

  • I bake them. I don't like the extra grease that comes from frying.

  • I always bake to avoid the excess oil. I always kin mine and use bread crumbs to coat.

  • I bake them. We don't need the extra fat.

  • I prefer to "skillet fry" them... I just brush the pan with EVOO, so it's not really in the oil. But I guess it's still fried.

  • I like to fry them, but haven't made them in a LONG time because we don't need the extra grease.

  • I usually make them in the grill pan. I loathe frying. I usually only eat fried food at restaurants and mostly don't bother doing it at home, but there are occasions that I do, infrequently.

  • I don't make them - but I don't fry anything, so I'd bake them if I did feel inclined to make them.

  • Bake. So much better.
