Sorry for all the chicken strips questions, lol, but I have just one more..

If you're using flour and eggs, should I dip them in the eggs first then the flour, or vice versa? Thanks ladies! :)

  • I dip them in flour then eggs and flour again. I also salt and pepper the chicken first because if you just season the flour it won't be enough.

    If you decided to fry them, use some corn starch in the flour, it will give it a nice crispy texture.
