How can I remove the rash on the face, arms and legs of my baby?

  • You should take your baby to his/her pediatrician to have the rash diagnosed.

  • I agree with with Erin814... But Cetaphil works great if it is just dry skin.

  • Some rashes can't be "removed" (healed).

  • i like to use Bag Balm. it is in a green cubed shaped can with a pic of cow utters on it and it is acutally used for chapped cow utters LOL. i use it on sun burns, diaper rash, rough feet, everything its great. it is greesy and thick but i put it on my son (very thin) on whatever and usually its better by morning! oh, it is sold at walmart, CVS, tractor supply, and other feed livestock stores!! good luck with that rash
