My one year old WONT EAT!!!!

When he was born he drank milk and formula just fine even now he will suck down whole milk 6 oz is nothing to him but he doesnt touch baby food or real food but my mother gave him chocolate really young and ive noticed he will eat a vey small portion if it is sweet but it has to be really sweet like a cookie or chocolate and i feel like hes not getting enough the doc keeps saying he will grow out of it just as ong as hes got all his energy hes fine and hes full force energy but im worried cause he is loosing weight he does however have a full mouth of teeth almost and he constantly teething he drools like a fountain

  • Your mother giving him chocolate at a young age has nothing to do with it. Babies naturally like sweet things. At this age babies go through a growth spurt and while it looks like the are loosing weight, they really are just getting taller. Just keep offering him everything that you are eating, and he will eventually eat. Also try to limit the number of bottles you are giving him. Milk will fill up a little one and then they aren't hungry when it is a meal time.
