Do you know what superfoods are good for women? Are you lacking any?

This was a newsworthy item on the news last night which was about how these superfoods can give you many of the essential vitamins and minerals that women's bodies need to get through a day. Here is the list:
1. Wild salmon
2. Oats
3. Wild blueberries
4. Walnuts
5. Broccoli
6. Greek yogurt
7. Olive oil
8. Dark chocolate
9. Avocado
10. Red beans

  • i only like blueberries in my pancakes.
    i always use olive oil, if im using oil.
    broccoli is okay with some kind of sauce on it.
    dark chocolate is good in brownies, and cakes and things.
    thats it for me!

  • Superfoods are good for everyone. If you go to google and type in superfoods you will find web sites with similar lists. I don't eat many walnuts, I don't like avocados, and I've never had Greek yogurt. I do eat almonds and other nuts and drink kefir, a yogurt type drink that is packed with probiotics.

  • I eat most of those, with the exception of walnuts. I've found the oils in them aggrevate my migraines.

  • I don't eat fish, walnuts or yogurt and rarely eat blueberries....but I eat lots of the rest.
