How do you make BRAT?

B.R.A.T is supposed to be really good for little ones with tummy troubles, i was wondering if anyone has the recipe??

  • Bananas, Rice,Apples and Toast.BRAT its just what is best for a kid with diahrea. its nota recipe. just those four things. and plenty of water or pedialite

    Rice (plain, nothing on it, white is better than brown for this)
    Applesauce (unsweetened)
    Toast (saltines are just as good)

  • oh they have this drink called BRAT, i suppose the same thing only its in a liquid form, is there a significant diffrence??? It said on the bottle that it keeps them hydrated so i was trying to use that as a more natural route then pedialite.
