  • Favorite tuna casserole.... soo easy!

    Box of Mac N Cheese
Can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
    Milk
    2 can of Tuna
1 cup frozen pea (or mixed vegi)
1 small can french fried onions
    Sliced american cheese

Boil water and cook macaroni. In a large bowl, combine the soup, cheese packet, and a 1/2 can of milk...stir well. Toss in drained tuna, peas and 1/2 can of french fried onions. Drain Pasta toss with the rest and put in a casserole dish. Top with sliced american cheese, cover and bake in a 350 degree oven for 40 minutes or until bubbly...top with remainder of onions and bake 5 more minutes.

  • We always make tuna casserole by mixing a can (I like 2 cans) of cream of mushroom soup and a can (I prefer the packets) of tuna with cooked noodles, pour into casserole dish and top with slices of American cheese and Italian Breadcrumbs and bake until the cheese is bubbly and the breadcrumbs are toasty. You can add veggies too but we usually just do the veggies as a side dish. You can also use canned chicken instead of tuna and make it a chicken casserole.
