Does anyone have any recipe ideas to cook with pineapples or oranges??

  • Bake a ham in the oven-- cover it with honey and pineapples.. its delicious!

  • Pork is excellent with pineapple or citrus. I brown pork chops seasoned with salt and pepper, add chopped onion, pineapple, and 1 c water or broth (omit salt if you use broth) for about 20-30 minutes. Serve with dirty or seasoned rice. MHHMHHH!

  • I like to put oranges, lemons, onions, cloves of garlic, herbes de provence salt and pepper in a pan with a turkey breast and bake. So juicy and delicious.  I make my Thanksgiving turkey that way only I stuff the bird with the oranges, lemons, onions, garlic and herbs.

  • Mmm, jam - I made pineapple kiwi jam last week, I don't normally buy oranges, but right this moment pineapple orange jam sounds yummy, lol!
