  • Early my first too were a week early.

My third was 3 days late, omg she was a toughy and my 4 was right on time, my one and only little man....

Congratulations!!!!!!!!! Enjoy the bond you build now, with your little one in you, read to the baby and play music using a head set, the baby enjoys it. :)

  • I have heard that the first baby is usually late but my first was 19 days early (just missed the cut off for being a premie and had no health problems :) ).

  • I think late isn't uncommon, but I have had all mine early. My first pregnancy was twins that came at 31 weeks, then a 9 pound baby at 37 weeks!

  • They are more likely to be late. Many 1st pregnancy mom's are overdue before they go into labor. I was actually induced to force labor with my son.

  • Late is the norm, that's what everyone will tell you. But a lot of first babies come two weeks early. Mine was born on time.
