  • This summer has been really hot here in Missouri! So I will either make a salad for everyone, or we would have sandwiches. We own a farm so coming in and eating something hot is out of the question.

  • simple dinners that dont require on the stove cooking. nobody wants to cook over a hot stove and nobody wants to eat anything hot BUT only when its simple foods that can be hot like pizza in a pizza oven, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, you could use your crockpot, or plug in griddles.

  • Thanks guys! We ended up making hot dogs, but it cooled off enough that the griddle was ok to use. (No gas for the grill. :( ) I will keep your ideas in mind for tomorrow...supposed to be just as hot!
