Shoes~ Sneekers especially

I have a large foot, womens 10 1/2 to 11 depending. And Im in a delema of sorts. I wear nike shocks, I work on concrete all day long, but I am wearing out the side of the heels, so I have to buy shoes often. Any one have ideas for me on how to keep the wear and tear down? And what would be a good flat dress shoe?

  • Buy good, supportive insoles and a leather shoe/boot (well constructed). Should last longer and give you more for your money.

For a dress shoe, again, go for the best quality you can afford.

  • ballet flats are awesome and universally flattering, and you can put extra cushion insoles in them. Nike shox wear out like that on everyone I have seen, I would switch to a different sneaker.
