what's for dinner?

i was thinking about making enchiladas..but i'm so tired tonight...what's for dinner?...or what should i make?

  • I might get bashed for this but after cooking full meals all week, & John starting his first day of school, I let him pick. so John had a hotdog (which he hadn't had in over a month) and some french fries with of course green beans............& Hubby & I had sausage dogs & french fries with green beans.

  • I made these:

    Except I omitted the pimientos, and added an Italian 5 cheese blend to the mix. I served them with sauteed broccoli on the side. It was a very yummy dinner.
