How much sleep do you require to sleep at night (before babies)

I could sleep 8-9 hours and now if I sleep 7 sometimes I'm yawning by mid afternoon. The problem w/that, is missing so much of LIFE.

  • 10 hours. My first spoiled me and was sleeping 12 hours at a time from 2.5 months on, so I was able to get good sleep plenty after him. My second, though...is still waking up 2-3 times a night at 6 months. I've adjusted, though. :)
