I have never been athletic in my entire life, and any attempt at running was quickly quelled... I can hardly run for 30 seconds. Ugh.
I'm thinking about trying the Couch to 5K program (google c25k or couch to 5k if you haven't heard of it) and I'm wondering what experiences you all have had with it.
Also, if there are enough people who want to try it, I might make a group for it and we can encourage each other and keep each other on track. Let me know!
