how do you call those machines?

that you can see at chuck e cheese or dave and busters and it has a mat that you are supposed to jump/dance on but it's actually a video game

  • yes, that's the one. Do you think one can loose weight by using those for say 30 mins a day?

  • I would think it would along with dieting, ofcourse. It definitely burns alot of calories :) GL!

  • Dancing will DEFINITELY help with weight loss. It is great cardio, and it works various muscles in new ways that help to tone and strengthen. I mean, have you seen how some of those stars slim out on Dancing with the Stars? The only thing they do differently, is dancing.

  • Playing DDR (Dance Dance Revolution) for 30 minutes a day will definitely cause you to lose weight. But you have to be eating a proper diet and actually playing on settings that are challenging for you physically.
