  • A stiff plastic spatula may help scrape it off, then I would use a warm damp washcloth to get the residue out. Ugh, what a mess!!

  • hot water and soap
    kitchen cleaner spray
    same as you'd use to clean a dish or the floor or the counter

  • Oh my.... caramel is sooo sticky and stiffens up when cold. You are gonna need hot water to help it melt a bit. Take out the shelves if you can so you have room to work. Think of it as an opportunity to clean the fridge out!
