What are your plans for Labor Day weekend?

My husband, my daughter and I were all supposed to drive to SC this weekend to visit my parents, but those plans got cancelled when we became tight on money and on top of that, I found out I need a root canal. So it doesn't look like I'll be going to see my parents anytime soon, at least I won't until I gather up enough money to get my tooth fixed. So I guess we'll just be hanging around the house this weekend, maybe cook out some hot dogs or burgers. Doesn't that sound so fun? lol.

  • My gramma turns 85 this weekend. So we will be having her birthday party at their pond pool and pavilion, which will be nice since it is still HOT HOT HOT out. And eat some good last of the leg summer picnic food.
