I buy meat in the family size every week. I divide it up so I can use it when I need it but by the end of the week it's freezer burnt. My freezer is on the normal temp.I usually just use saran wrap but last week I thought aluminum foil would work better... Boy was I wrong I ended up having to go back to the store for more meat. My SIL told me that if I keep my ground beef in the fridge that it will go bad a lot faster, so I've never tried that. How do all of you keep your meat from getting freezer burnt or spoiling in the fridge?
