  • you need to find exactly where they are coming from than spray it down with vinegar and water solution.

  • Take a small water glass and fill it about halfway with apple cider vinegar, then add about a teaspoon or so of dish soap (like Dawn or something, the kind for handwashing dishes). Set it out in the kitchen (in a spot where it won't be confused for something to drink), and leave it for a few days. The vinegar attracts the flies to it, and when they fly down to sample it, the soap coats their wings and stuff and traps them. It REALLY works, I use it in the summer all the time because we get them badly here.

  • cariadspawn is right.. that and be sure to dry and keep dry any moist surfaces including the sink and dishwashers.. don't leave ANYTHING out.. put them in the fridge..

and be sure to change the glass every few hours.. because if you don't, they will lay eggs, and you'll just be stuck back at square one.

  • we are having a fly problem to this year, and frogs outside almost makes me think we need a frog in the house lol. we are trying to figure out where these things are coming from. the house is clean it makes no sense. we almost got them out of here though

  • Foaming drain cleaner will kill them use it in ALL your drains at the same time and hang fly tape by the sink. Dip bananna tips in bleach and water when you get them home to prevent eggs from hatching. Keep peaches and apples in the fridge to prevent eggs hatching.
