  • Yes. We do not usually go to too many places during the week even though I have my car.

  • Yeah, when we lived out in the country we had 1 car and hubby's motorcycle. He rode 45 miles one way to work so if it was nasty weather he took my car. I spent the entire winter and most of the spring without a car.

  • Yup. We used to share a car years ago. I was stuck in the small house daily and our youngest was just a toddler. I fell into a deep depression actually. I do remember we took a lot of "nature walks" but I can't remember what else.

  • I would take walks outside with the kids in the neighborhood etc... come to think about it I don't know how I managed it, it just passed and now it is a distant memory some days I remember Ifelt as if I was going to go crazy , now my kids are older

  • Yep. Do you have a stroller? We are lucky enough to live within walking distance of a park, grocery store, farmer's market, and some little shops. When the weather is nice, we definitely take advantage of that!

  • I have depresstion all ready and my girls and I are always on the go 7 ativites a week. Oh ya and My oldest is bipolor and adhd....
    and I am adhd.......
