  • Just depends. Usually by 1 they have their true color but it varies. My son's eyes were bright blue until he was 5 and then one day they turned green. I was shocked. Now they vary between blue and green. My middle daughter went from dark gray eyes to brown eyes by the time she was 6 months old. My 4yo still has blue eyes (neither me or my husband have blue eyes) and my oldest had blue eyes until she was almost 1.

  • I have heard that eye color can change anytime up to 2 years. My daughter is 2.5 and still has those pretty blue eyes so maybe she will keep them. :) They are just like my hubby's.

  • I was always told right around the year mark but my little ones never changed so I don't know for sure. Hopefully another Mom can give you a better answer.

  • I have read that they will be at thier true color by 7 monmths but the shades of the color will change. My son was born with the deep blue/s;ate grey eyes and hes 14 months and has the prettiest blue eyes. They lightened up alot. They are bright now :)
