  • Yeah. It's so quiet here. At least I've stopped panicking every couple of hours and running to her room wondering if she's okay because I realized I hadn't heard anything in there for a while. :-)

  • sometimes.
Honestly school is the only time they ARENT in the house, so I enjoy the 5 hours of quiet. Its the closest I get to time off

  • Lol not too much. I know my DD is having way more fun at school than she would with me. When I pick her up she has a smile ear to ear and loves talking about school. I know she is in good hands and happy. But she is only gone 4 hours a day. (kindergarten)

  • My kids don't start until Tuesday and I am dreading it. More than they are I believe. I love having my boys home. They are 6,9, and 13 so I have 3 built in little friends to hang out with. I really really miss them when they are away all day.

  • My three kids at home really miss her during the day. My oldest son always asks around lunchtime, "When will Corynne be home?". She is the peacemaker among my four kids... the common ground if you will. My daughters both love her, and she and my next oldest (son) are like best friends. When she's not home, they all fight yes, I miss her!!

  • my daughter is only 1, but I DO miss her when she is in daycare and I'm in class, or she is at her grandmothers and I'm not, or when her daddy has her but I have errands to run. Every second I'm not with her, I ache for her. I love her with all of my being.

  • I think about them but the 2 year old keeps me busy!

  • NOPE! I can't wait until they go back to school. Mine are 17, 16 and 11.

  • I work all day so I am away from her anyway and I miss her regardless. I don't see it being any different when she starts school but she loves "school" now and loves playing with her friends so I would hate to ever have to take that away from her again like I did earlier this year when I got laid off.
