Any tips for alleviating....

sciatic pain while pregnant?

  • I found that rocking/curling my lower back and hips back and forth helps me a lot. So do sneakers and limiting walking. Making sure you aren't putting too much strain on your lower back and doing exercises to help strengthen it may help as well.

  • Chiropractor, I have had it with each pregnancy. This has helped me so much. If I did not see my chiropractor I would be in pain constantly.

  • Acupuncture or get your back aligned at the chiropractor.

  • lay on the workout ball carefully just bend over it laying on your back like your doing a back bend took the pressure off

  • pelvic tilts against the wall whenever the pain started up
    Try to limit how much you lift, and how long you are in one position
