  • Raspberry or Cherry Tea... Seep it for about three minutes put in a little sugar if you want (no milk) and if will begin to easy. My OB/GYN recommends it to all her patients!

  • Heating pad, midol, and an orgasm, and not necessarily in that order. LOL Feel better!

  • I've always done the routine of Midol and a heating pad, and if that doesn't work, taking a hot bath. I am definitely going to try the tea idea that kamore recommended though. An interesting idea, and worth a shot! :)
