I'm doing wii fit. I do the 10 or 20 minute free run every day. Obviously it's jogging in place so I want to know if it's as effective as jogging down the street. Also, what is the proper way to jog in place? Swing your arms, yes, but do you jog on the balls of your feet, whole foot. Thanks.
