Where do you buy essential oils?

I found a few at GNC, but I'm wondering there are any other places to find them. Are there any brands you particularly like? Thanks in advance!

  • or those are my two go to sites for oils, I also find them at small herb or organic shops but those are hard to find in my area. If you have a sprouts or whole foods in your area you should be able to pick them up there.

  • Stop in your local health food shop...they have plenty. My local grocery store has been stocking some too... I actually found tea tree oil in the hair care isle!

  • I buy mine at a little boutique called the Country Rose. It is my favorite shop in town. I could walk in there blindfolded pick up anything and when I removed the blindfold I would love it and probably buy it, lol. I try and stay out of there, but it keeps calling my name!!!!!!!!!

  • Thanks so much, ladies! Woodwitch, I found tea tree oil at my local Target, of all places! I was so excited. It was pharmaceutical grade, too.
rkoloms, not to ask a completely moronic question, but can you tell a difference in organic essential oils? Are they more pure? stronger smelling? I'm new to this, so educate me!
thismama, I wish we had a bunch of shops like that where I am. lucky duck!
