What do all the letters mean?

I am new to this site, and I see lots of letters when moms are talking about their kids and partners. I intend to use this forum more since I have an almost 3 year old and 12 year old. There are always questions I need extra opinions for.

  • dh - dear husband ds-dear son, dd-dear daughter. mil- mother in law sil-sister in law. etc. you'll get used to them as you read.

  • dd is dear daughter, ds is dear son, dh is dear husband.. sil, mil, bil (sister mother or brother in laws).. SS is step son, SD is step daughter.. SO is significant other, bf is boy friend.. gf is girlfriend.
    bff is best friend.. lol is laugh out loud and lmao is basically the same.

    CM is cafemom..
