What's the best way to bake a salmon?

  • if salmon is dry, you are over cooking it. Fish should only go to 145.

    The best way I know of to do salmon is on a soaked cedar plank on the grill, with some pepper seasoning and brown sugar on top.

  • Have you tried poaching it? My favorite. It stays very moist that way.

  • My favorite way is to marinade it on Terriaki Sauce and then toss it on the George Foreman Grill. It only take about 8-10 min for a this fillet. A little longer for a steak a thicker end of the fillet.
