  • yes i have heard of it and it has happened to me many times. it can be very scary to some ppl but for me it just kinda feels like im in a dream.

  • Vampire hit the nail on the head, it is like a dream state and it can bring on bouts of Anxiety in some people

  • Does this happen when people are sleeping and wake up and not know they are dreaming/sleeping? And then anxiety happens and they flip out, so to speak?? ( for lack of a better word...sorry, no offense intended) If so..my EX had had this but HE called it night terrors. Oddly enough if I ignored him he left me alone, but if I woke up hed start arguing and shouting at me no matter the time at night, get dessed and even drive! Weird huh?


    Or is the person awake, and for a brief moment drift into that state of mind?  Sounds a bit scary, especially if you are indeed awake.
