9 Bumps

My 14 month old son has not had a wet diaper since 8 O'clock this morning and is now vomitting...

He HAS been drinking lots of fluids but he's just not urinating that much. A tiny bit came out when he got into the tub this evening but that's it. Then he vomitted a LOT and then he gagged a lot and this yellowish mucusy substance came up.

I've tried calling the doctor but he hasn't called back yet.

Should I just go ahead and take him to the ER or what?

  • take him in. if he's went a little bit at least, then they won't have to stick IV's in him. but at least you'll get an idea of what it is. GL

  • Could be something with his kidneys or a bladder infection. take him in, better safe than sorry.

  • No wet diapers in 8 hours needs a doctor. I would take him in for sure. Especially since hes vomiting.
