Does anyone have a clue how much a fuel/gas tank would cost to replace?

I ran over something huge on way home last night and it punctured my gas tank. I have Toyota Sienna 2006. Anyone have a clue?

  • I dont have any idea but i would suggest looking on ebay for a good deal, or just call the dealership and ask how much a new tank is.

  • Depends on if there was any other damage...
Only way to know is to go to a mechanic and ask.

  • If you go to a smaller shop, ask if you can get a used one. That might help with cost but alot of places won't put on used parts anymore.

  • See if you can get one in a junk yard. Call a parts store and ask them. If your insurance won't cover it go pick the part up yourself because most garages charge a delivery fee.

  • Buy one at a junk yard and replace it yourself.
