What do you feed your 1 year old?

Just wondering what everyone feeds their 1 yearold or close to ( mines 11 months) . Lots of ideas needed!!

  • Whatever we're having for meals. I just cut it up into smaller pieces if need be, mine's got lots of teeth so I have no need for pureeing anything anymore. The only times I might give him something different than the rest of us is if I'm making something heavy with seasoning or kinda salty. Little ones don't need that in their diet. So I might substitute some chicken nuggets with a vegetable instead. I always try to give him a variety so I won't end up with a really picky my oldest I made that mistake with!

  • I'm feeding my little girl everything she will be 1 in 2 weeks. I just try to make sure things are soft.

  • she eats what ever the rest of the family is eating and she thinks she has to eat from evry ones plate they may have something the first person didn't

  • I started getting her the gerber dinner trays. She also ate fruit like bananas, and grapes. She also ate peas, mashed potatoes, some chicken, and oatmeal. Cheerios, yogurt (fat free) etc. Soups.
