  • Scent in anything is just added chemicals. So anything unscented is better.

  • Most body lotions are actually pretty unhealthy for you. Unless it is truly made with natural ingredients... it's made with a bunch of chemicals. Scented would be worse because it's just more chemicals.

  • Well, if the scent is actually essential oils and not fragrance, then yes.... lavender is antibacterial and antiseptic... Lotion can be made as simply or as complicated as you want. I have simple recipes for lotions that are made from beeswax and olive oil, glycerin and lavender essential oil... no chemicals...

  • Your skin is the largest organ on your body... the best thing to nourish your body is whole food type ingredients. Chemical fragrances disrupt the lipid layer and can exacerbate skin problems.

    cocoa butter
    shea butter
    vanilla absolute
    orange oil.

    It feels and smells wonderful.

  • Body Median (you can find it on Facebook and they have a website) makes an awesome line of scented lotions that are all organic and make your skin feel wonderful. You can choose the scents or create your own. They have some of everything.

  • As a PP said, lotion is actually not great for you unless its entirely natural. If you apply lotion it will actually dry out your skin and you will need more and more and more. I would suggest getting a pleasant smelling oil moisturizer.

  • make your own and do all things natural if you can and with oils....less money and un-needed chemicals
