  • Brushing my teeth frequently. When I start feeling hungry I brush my teeth. I won't eat with freshly brushed teeth, so it keeps me from eating when I am not hungry.

    It even worked when I stayed at my Grandma's house for an extended amount of time. She kept wondering why I brushed them so much. Hmmm... I wonder, maybe it is the hordes of cookies and candies and home made ice cream she was

  • me and my daughter play the wii on a regular basis during the winter, whether we play tennis or any of the other sports games, or the game "just dance" so we get our excerise :)
