  • My MIL is a nurse and she told me the best way to keep it from spreading is to keep your hands clean and wash them regularly. I know that sounds too simple but she's a nurse and it's worked for me.

  • Wash your hands a LOT. If you're breastfeeding, DO NOT stop. The antibodies are important.

  • Clean hands! Keep some Purel hand sanitizer near you. Put it on your hands before you touch her. If you breastfeed wash your hands before so she doesn't get the purell from your hands in her mouth when she latches or releases. Hope you feel better!

  • Wash your hands and breastfeed exclusively.
