Can I whiten my teeth with out going to the dentist?

i had braces and had them taken off now even when I brush their not as white as before.

  • Of course. There are tons of methods out there. Take a walk down the tooth whitening area of your local Rite Aid or WalGreens and pick something... Tons of choices!

  • Don't over pay for it! At CVS they sell their brand of tooth whitening gel for less than $6. It comes with a tube of gel and a flexible mouth piece. You only use it for a few minutes in the morning and at night. You can see the difference in three days. Take note that tooth whitening products all pretty much contain the same things....hydrogen peroxide and glycerin....
