BBT's and pregnancy

Just wondering if there is an avg. for pregnancy temperatures? Although every woman is different, is there an approx. baseline for your temps when you are pregnant? I take my BBT in fahrenheit so wondering if it has to be 98 or higher?

  • I didn't really chart my temps when we were trying, but generally I run 97.7 and while pregnant I was a consistent 98.6.

  • I don't think there is an average. You have to go by what your average temp usually is and see if it's higher than usual. Even if you are pregnant doesn't mean your temp will be higher though. Mine wasn't much higher.
