What to do about the knott in my stomach?

Lately,I've been stressed out about alot of things and I've been getting a knott in my stomach.

  • Do some simple stretching and breathing exercises daily to help calm yourself down.

  • Relax in a tub with a good book, try to take your mind off of your troubles. Drink a glass of wine, do something that takes you some where else. For me it is sewing or reading.
