Do you ever have your moment when everything annoys the crap out of you? What do you do to cope?

  • I just separate myself. I take some time and just be alone cuz i don't wanna blow up on everyone so I just go to my room and take some time.

  • I have many moments like that, unfortunately I don't cope and I don't realize it until after the fact and it is too late the damage it done.

  • When I get stress out I go to my bathroom get candles and take a hot bath. Or I eat chocolate it calms me.

  • Yeah I usually go for a drive or walk around outside or if possible take a nap

  • It usually happens when I am tired. If possible I try to rest. If I can't then I try to walk for a bit.

  • You figure it out...just like anything else. Nap time, quiet time, finding something consructive for the kids to do that keeps them quiet for awhile. It's not that hard.
