breast pump

Does the hospital give you a breast pump after you have the baby or do i need to go buy one?

  • you can rent them from the hospital but if I were you i would just buy my will be worth is especially if you plan on having more children ;)

  • no they won't give you one, but some hospitals rent them out, it will save you money and be worth it if you just buy one.

  • You'll need to get your own, either by renting or buying. Which kind depends on the need. SAHM? Avent Isis is great for light pumping; you'll have baby at the breast most of the time. Working? Medela Pump in Style or Ameda Purely Yours.

  • the hospital will provide a pump while you are at the hospital then its up to you when you leave their care to have one
