respectful voters?!

why do they always say that on the news. i find NOTHING respectful of voters..(majority of them) they sit there and bash and judge and put down everyone that doesnt agree with them.. Why do they call them respectful voters?

  • There are respectful voters. I am one of them. Are you sure you aren't hearing prospective voters, however? I hear that quite a lot lately on the media.

  • yeah they said it more than once... i know there are respectful voters, but majority are so mean! its sad

  • i may not agree with what you agree with but im not gonna tell you that your wrong or that you are stupid for it you can belive and agree with what you want to i hate people that bash because you dont think like them ..

  • Maybe they mean "respectful" as in "respective to the party they're with." Like, "so and so drew attention to their respective voters." Respective, in this case, just means where they're belonging.
